Lophophora Williamsii v. Nuevo Leon (3 - 4 cm)

The photo shows one of several Lophophora Williamsii v. Nuevo Leon in cactus soil. The plants are already potted and healthy, come from seed and are 100% true to root.

 

Lophophora Williamsii can form groups with a diameter of up to 1 metre, or grows individually. The shoots are spherical and the colours of the shoots are blue-green or occasionally reddish green. They reach a growth height of between 2 and 6 centimetres and diameters of 4 to 11 centimetres. The areoles bear a tuft of soft, yellowish or whitish hairs. Thorns are not present.

 

The distribution area of Lophophora Williamsii extends from west Texas along the Rio Grande to south Texas and further through northern Mexico to San Luis Potosí.

 

The plants are sold for decorative purposes only.
