Lophophora williamsii v. KMR 310 (Plan de Guadalupe KM 7.5, Monclova, 1034 m, Coahuila, Mexico) is a rare, site-specific form of Lophophora williamsii, native to the semi-arid highlands near Monclova in Coahuila, Mexico. The designation KMR 310 refers to a documented field collection that identifies this population as a distinct, locally typical variant.

This form develops slightly flattened, button-like bodies with a smooth, velvety epidermis in bluish-green to grey-green tones. The surface is divided into evenly spaced, rounded tubercles, each tubercle bearing a small tuft of fine white wool, distributed symmetrically across the crown. Mature plants usually remain solitary but can slowly form compact clumps over many years.

During the flowering period, small, delicate flowers ranging in color from pale pink to light rose emerge from the central, woolly areoles, creating a gentle contrast to the subtle body color. Adapted to calcareous, well-drained soils and minimal rainfall, this population exhibits slow growth, high drought resistance, and excellent adaptation to its natural habitat. Its precise provenance, balanced morphology, and subtle coloration make it a highly prized specimen for collectors of authentic, site-specific Lophophora. williamsii from northern Mexico.
